Accounting
We believe in making financial statements simple and easily understood by the client, financial analyst, and layman alike. We supplement areas not covered by pronouncements of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or governmental agencies with our own internal policy statements.
Specialized accounting
We provide smaller clients with services such as establishment of basic accounting records, preparation of interim and year-end financial statements and preparation of various tax returns such as income, sales, payroll and property tax.
Auditing
We provide audit services to various-sized private, government, and not-for-profit businesses. To strengthen management procedures and improve operating results, we sometimes supplement our audit reports with suggestions for attaining these goals.
Taxes
We offer complete and diversified tax services, including the normal services relating to preparation of federal, state and local tax returns. Tax planning is emphasized - corporate, personal and estate - and includes such areas as compensation, tax shelters, acquisitions and mergers.
